If you attended church this past weekend, you already know we had our Chest of Joash.  As I sat in all the services I watched people in our church walk to the chest to pray, praise and petition to God.  Like some of you I knew the burdens and requests of some of those who gave offerings to God and asked for miracles in return.  As I sat in those services one phrase kept running through my mind: God-Chaser.  I have never been part of a body of believers quite like The Gathering.  I have witnessed very specific answered prayers through the years in this place.  When God answers your prayers, I know that HE can answer mine, too.  I watch you chase after God and faithfully live for Him.  What an encouragement to me.  It is true, people are watching, namely me.

Trunk or Treat begins tonight at 5:30pm.  We are going to have a great time!  There will be sno cones, cotton candy, an old fashioned

cake walk, bounce houses, train rides and much more.  If you are looking for a fantastic way to entertain your children and fellowship with friends at the same time, then make your way to The Gathering tonight!
